Whether you’re trying to manage a long-term condition, build healthier habits, cope with stress or anxiety, or navigate major life transitions such as menopause, we offer practical, personalised support tailored to your needs. Our approach combines psychology, behaviour change, and therapy. Most importantly, it’s about finding what works for you.

We match you with a therapist whose expertise and approach best suits your needs. We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, and it's important to us to find the right fit for you.
Most people start with a structured programme of six sessions, scheduled weekly or at a pace that fits your life. After six sessions, we review your progress to decide whether to continue or adapt the support
You can choose the type of therapist that feels right for you
Work with a practitioner in advanced training under clinical supervision. Suitable for everyday life challenges such as relationship difficulties, workplace stress, or lifestyle concerns, as well as common mental health issues like mild anxiety or low mood.
Work with an experienced health psychologist for more complex or specialised support, such as persistent anxiety, depression, or other psychological difficulties. We’ll help you decide the most appropriate option during your initial consultation
Supervised therapy: £80 per session
Specialist therapy: £140 per session

Therapy can be online or in-person at our clinic in South London.
